Remember the "hypothetical" question that I listed as a post yesterday? It wasn't just a possibility.
Joe Stidham and Legit Security need a security trainer. There is a law enforcement trainer school being held by DPS in Santa Fe. Unfortunately, the school requires that applicants are members of law enforcement agencies... No problem!
Click on the pictures below to enlarge and see how Chief Joe Stidham of Bosque Farms Police signs an official Department of Public Safety (DPS) training application for this employee of Legit Security. The class starts August 27, 2007.
He lists that the man is an officer in good standing with Bosque Farms Police Department but the man doesn't work there. He even commits BFPD for responsibility for "all charges." Next, Legit attaches a check drawn on Legit Enterprises' bank account to pay for the training and lists " Bosque Farms PD Instructor Development Course" on the memo portion of the check.
I received copies of these forms from the former Legit Security employee who was never an Officer for Bosque Farms PD. He never received a check from BFPD. This man is mad and he is more than willing to testify and give statements and more information to law enforcement.
Read the front page. "This application will not be processed unless signed on the back of this form by the applicant and the Agency Head or Designee."
This evidence (with with full information and the names/ info not blocked out is heading strait to the authorities.
I wonder if BFPD knew that the new mailing address was 4801 Lang NE in ALBUQUERQUE?
