Joe Stidham gets into a fight and it doesn't work out so well...

It is almost Thanksgiving 2002... The boys (Gil Baca and Joe Stidham) go out for drinks at Billy's Long Bar...  Something goes wrong and they get into a fight with people in the bar and outside the bar...  Then the cops pull up.

APD Officer McDonald- "I was dispatched to listed address reference to a battery call where the offenders were still on the scene...Upon arrival I observed a male subject later identified as Gilbert Baca standing in the rear parking lot.  I also observed a male subject, later identified as Joe Stidham, laying face down on the ground, being restrained by two unidentified males...  I then issued Baca, Stidham and the female that was with them criminal trespass notices the request of the bar's management.  Stidham refused to sign the notice even after it was explained to him."

A witness- "Steve stated to the subjects- why don't you just leave.  At which time Steve was punched in the face by Gilbert Baca."
