Many of my readers have worked for Gilbert Baca or G3 has he is called. Baca was the "former" President of Legit Security and he has worked as one of the top managers for a few other security companies in New Mexico. Two of these companies have sued him after his separation of employment and filed criminal police reports about his activities. I was surprised to discover that he has never held a security guard license, PPO or PPO Manager's license despite working in security for all of these years. It surprises me that the PI Board dealt with him on many issues both personally and on behalf of his company and never brought this up with him.
I guess nobody knows where G3 is now, but I sure know where he has been. I scanned in only a few police reports showing you what he is capable of so you can see for yourself. I will continue to release more scans of police reports when I have time.

"Pounders youth against Crime, Drugs and Gangs, Inc." Nice.
2000- Fraud- Baca writes two checks totaling $2400 to a man (the VP of a former employer) who he rents a house. One check is written on an account that is closed and one is insufficient funds. Nice.

001- Harassment- Baca wants to adopt a chile so he
"threatened to kill Mr. Padilla (the child's Father)." Classy.

006- Forgery/Fraud- Baca deposits stolen checks into his personal checking account. Baca forged signatures on the checks in order to deposit them. Total: $46,000
Wow,
This guy seems like someone i'd want guarding my property! Hell, I wouldn't trust him to guard a mailbox- he'd probably steal some old womans social security. This guy has some nerve, i'll give him that. I hope a judge can give him more, say 5-10?
He and his partner Stidham are both embarasing to this industry and stidham is a joke of a "Chief" to Bosque Farms Police Department.
It still amazes me how the "system" works, rather doesn't work- this guy needs to be in prison OR a good a&& kicking, maybe both.
The NM Security industry is like a day-time drama, on-going, pointless and no one important is watching.
