I never believed that one person could have so many reports of crimes in one jurisdiction! I just pulled his APD police reports and this is what I found (there are others in other jurisdictions):
Charge Times
DWI- 1
Forgery- 3
Fraud- 6
Threats/ Harassment- 2
Criminal Damage to Property 1
Fraudulent refusal to return rented property 1
Embezzlement 3
Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card 1
falsely Obtaining Services 1
I will scan these things in over the next few days....
