It takes a lot of time to assemble this information... Here are some more police reports where Gil Baca was listed as suspect or offender. You can see what he has been up to and make up your own mind if he should've ever been in the security industry or owned a security company. He has been sighted at Legit Security offices and he left some evidence behind...
A blog that promotes Legit Security says, "This author has finally contacted "G3" for a response to the hamic attack! Gil Baca III said that he would be happy to talk to me today." Wow. It is nice that the "author" got ahold of him. Maybe the author could just yell down the hall to make the appointment needed. The author mentioned that I attacked Baca. You know you are in New Mexico, when someone accused you of attacking a person by publishing public records. These are not small matters. Again, these reports document a wide array of crimes.
This blog offers proof, documents, video, audio, witness statements and other physical evidence so that you can make up your own mind. It documents violations of rules, regulation and law. This is a crucial issue regarding the security industry and don't forget that Mr. Baca has disputed my complaints.
How can anyone dispute these police reports? Where is the proof?
Right here.
2004- DWI- Arrested and was almost twice the legal limit( .14) Or am I not supposed to talk about DWI in NM?
2001- Forgery, Fraudulent use of a credit card, Falsely obtaining services- Baca forged his wife's name on 401K documents to get money, used a company credit card for personal use at night clubs, cell phones, equipment, etc. He charged the cost of an personal apartment to the company. Baca "shared the lease" with his old friend Joe Stidham until April 2001 at Central Park Apartments. He also had another apartment at the time at Mission Hills with Erica Jaramillo. His wife, Erica, indicated that "while they were married she did't think she owned any property." That's called lock down.
1999- Embezzlement- Baca failed to return a rental car for two weeks and Budget Rental Car reported it stolen. he was stopped and they recovered the car. Baca said that his uncle "Charles Sanchez" would pay for the charges but never did according to the report.
1998- Fraudulent refusal to return rented proeprty- Baca rented a queen sized mattress from Midtown Rentals and stopped paying for it. He refused to let them have it back. That's good living!
1997- Criminal Damage to Property- A person accused Baca and his wife Erica of damaging her car and said that he had problems with the tow. Why can't we just all get along?
2000- Fraud- Baca opened a bank account and deposited checks from a bank account closed one year prior. he wrote checks on this account and got cash back. Can anyone else see a pattern here?
2001- Threats and Harassment- Baca and his new girlfriend, Jennifer Altimirano offered to give a give money so that her baby Daddy would give up his custodial rights. He was threatened. baca told him "I've been a cop for 5 years" and he would have the victim "arrested if he didn't do what the asked. Apparently Baca wanted to adopt the child. Nice parenting.
2006- Fraud- Baca is said to have stole over $100,000 from a company that he managed. He had family members on payroll and stole money through false accounts, etc. Is there a pattern?
Why does this matter? Gilbert Baca (Gil Baca, G3) is in the security business. Like it or not. Just ask the PI Board. He has spoken to them on several occasions. He operates companies, "consults", asks for investments and has direct interaction with his employees. It sounds like he works on DWI checkpoints in Bosque Farms, NM. The records show that he has never held a security guard's license, PPO or PPO Manager's license. Why not? We haven't seen the last of G3 by a long shot and just look at his business partners...
