People tell me that this is Officer Ralph Baldonado or BFPD. These are just some of the surveillance photos that show him at Legit Security's offices located at 630 Manzano NE Albuquerque New Mexico. It is a long way from Bosque Farms.... Why is he in his police car? If you don't think he is at Legit Security just look at the below picture and see the Legit logo on the grey car? Sources inside Legit Security tell me that he does all of the training for Legit's officers and checks on them frequently while they are working.
BFPD Officers have told me that they were forced to check on Legit Security Officers while on or off duty. They said that they used their BFPD Police cars as many of the officers take them home and live in Albuquerque.
It is common knowledge that Bernalillo County Sheriff Darren White revoked all of the BFPD Officer's commission cards. It is commonplace for Sheriff's in adjoining counties to issues Sheriff's Commissions to law enforcement but in this case they were REVOKED.

A former Legit Security Employee says: " Baldonado is indeed the training officer in charge at Legit, he did my training for mace/cuff/baton and advanced takedowns. He was supposed to send me my copy of my mace/cuff/baton certification but never did..."
