Prostitution ring linked to UNLICENSED ALBUQUERQUE SECURITY COMPANY!

Please find relevant information and the Albuquerque Journal story published today about Bobbie J. McMullin, former owner of the ICE House full nude club in Albuquerque, and her security company, Integrated Technical Services Inc. This company was listed in the Albuquerque Yellow Pages under security, it had an active NM Corporation and listed its business purpose as: Security Company. It was, in fact, an unlicensed security company!

It will come as no surprise to many of my readers that I have made two complaints about this company to RLD and the NM Private Investigator's board over the years because it has no state license to do security work. I noticed this particular company because it advertised in the Albuquerque Yellow Pages and elsewhere. As usual, after I made valid complaints, I never received a receipt of the complaint and I don't believe that any investigation was done.

If the state would've investigated the complaints or monitored the security industry in any way this company might have been discovered before it was. Unlicensed companies such as this one are operating right now. Advertising, on the Web and marketing their services to New Mexicans and their businesses. When is the state going to do something about this illegal activity? I have made nine complaints this year alone and I am still waiting for the PI Board to call me back (left message 6 days ago and e-mails days ago posted on this blog w/o a call or e-mail) so that I can verify that two additional Albuquerque companies are operating illegally and without license. It should be noted that today I called the PI Board (505-476-4650) and the message said to call Steve Herrera but not to leave a message. I called Steve Herrera (505-476-4639) and the voicemail said that it was for the Real Estate Appraiser's Board and the PI Board- not Steve Herrera. Just voicemail- no one to answer the phone.

The conduct of the New Mexico Private Investigator's Board and RLD is outrageous!

It wasn't hard to find the information about this company, as I have said before. Resources are on this blog to do the same verification. See below:

Call Girl Ring Busted

The former owner of the now-closed Ice House strip club was arrested Tuesday night and charged with nine different felonies related to running a high-end prostitution ring.
According to a criminal complaint, Bobbie McMullin, 47, ran an elaborate operation, with three tiers of prices, ranging from $150 to $1,200 per hour.
Police were still investigating the scope of the ring Wednesday but said more arrests are likely.
"It was a large-scale operation," Albuquerque police spokesman John Walsh said.
Among the felonies McMullin is charged with are racketeering, conspiracy to manufacture or alter a driver's license, and knowingly soliciting a patron for a prostitute.
Police began investigating McMullin in January when a woman came forward with information. According to the complaint, the informer said she had been working for McMullin for six years, since she was 18 and a dancer at the Ice House.
McMullin also allegedly oversaw production of fake IDs for some of the underage prostitutes. Secret Service agents are helping Albuquerque police with the investigation because of the fraud charges and because the escort service had a Web site. The Secret Service often assists with fraud cases and crime linked to the Internet.
The ring was allegedly run out of a security service called Integrated Technical Services, or ITS, in the 4700 block of Second NW. Walsh said it was unclear whether ITS was a legitimate business or merely a front for the escort service.
Walsh said officers searched ITS on Tuesday night, seizing guns and computer equipment. He said they will be searching the computers for any records that were kept of the ring.
According to the complaint, the escort service's most expensive level was called Private Ice, which McMullin supervised directly. Prostitutes with Private Ice were between 18 and 24 and charged $1,200 per hour.
Passions, the midrange service, charged $600 per hour for women between 25 and 30.
Cheap Dates, the low-end service, had an agency fee of $150, and individual women could negotiate their prices and keep anything above the fee. Passions and Cheap Dates were managed by other people but were allegedly operated by McMullin, according to the complaint.
In a conversation recorded by an undercover informer, McMullin boasted of earning between $300,000 and $500,000 per year from the business. According to the complaint, he takes agency fees and half of the women's earnings.
The complaint reveals a complex organization, in which McMullin would drive Private Ice escorts to meetings with clients and use code words to tell them they were clear of police. The escort service was equipped to take credit cards, and had several business front names, including Full Blitz and Enchanted Limousine.
McMullin was booked into the Metropolitan Detention Center, where he was being held Wednesday on $200,000 bail.
